How we work

  • Acquisition

    We make sure that the investment is sound and offers a great payback to the new owner. We have a complete Due Diligence package that goes much beyond Real Estate Inspection and assures that the Valuation and Growth are there.  The investment made into a portfolio we are working with will be sound.

  • Holding Period

    We develop and implement a strategy to improve monetary rates, occupancy rates and property value that are long term focused.  We manage properties and the portfolio of our clients.  This brings recurring revenue to the owner.

  • Disposition

    We develop and Exit Strategy for the property owner and assure the property valuation with financials before anything hits the market.  We then negotiate pricing with the buyer and follow through until closing.  This brings capital back to the owner.
