Frank has over 25 years in customer care, sales and client advocacy driven by an entrepreneurial spirit. Frank has helped launch startup companies and exponentially grow established organizations.
In 1990 Frank started his call center journey with MCI Telecom in Lutherville, Maryland. 2 years later he moved to Birmingham, England and spent 4 years with a Comcast start-up heading up training and internal operations before returning to Baltimore to manage medical practice mergers and acquisitions with HelixCare Medical Group.
After 2 relaxing vacations to Florida, Frank moved to Saint Petersburg and began a new chapter in life and a 12 year engagement with ACCENT Marketing, successfully growing the relationship with Sprint for retention, sales, care, back office and verification.
Frank has been a key player in organizations such as ACCENT Marketing, Xerox, Conduent, Results and the Cott Corporation.
Frank’s former clients include WellCare, LG Electronics, Sirius XM, Boost, Discover and ASUS.
