    We survey the current conditions of online reputation and what has been recorded at the various business listing sites and complaints sites.  Then we run various keyword searches to determine the SEO rankings of good and bad links online.

  • 2. Evaluate the current internal conditions and processes of a company

    We evaluate the current processes, documentation and training that take place within a company to see if there are any internal conditions that either have caused the issues of reputation or could potentially become an issue.

    Complete internal evaluation, put in place immediate fixes, longer term corrective action, training and monitoring processes that need to happen to eliminate errors.  Identify the requirements of key positions and see that those requirements are met.
